  2. Enjoyed the article in RM. Thank you for blogging your insights and wisdom, and providing these timely links. I am in my tenth 'landlord' season but feel like such a newbie, still! Last year i had my first real experience with an 'evil' HOSP. I am bracing for necessary action this year!
